The price does not include a municipal fee of CZK 20 per person per night. Children under 18 and persons with disabilities are exempt from this fee.
- Price per apartment with terrace, including unlimited access to wellness facilities, parking space, and storage room for sports equipment.
- The minimum length of stay is between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the season. The price per night may vary depending on the length of stay.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 adults + 1 child in a portable crib. Cribs and high chairs are available free of charge upon request.
- Check-in (arrival) 3:00 p.m. - midnight.
- Check-out (departure) by 10:00 a.m.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of loss or damage to the access chip, a fee of CZK 500 will be charged.
- In case of excessive dirtiness of the apartment, a fee of CZK 1,000 will be charged.
Option to purchase a gift voucher for a stay or for a specific amount.
